Step 2: Managing the construction
This phase is the management of the plan that we built in the pre-construction phase.
Our process is designed to ensure the project stays on track, on time & on budget without compromising quality or standards:

- project manager will deal with all contractor queries throughout

- programme delivery, adherence, recoveries, and management
- management of quality
- specification execution coupled with variation procedures
- tracking of finance
- liaising with authorities and all professionals
- arranging staged sign offs and the certification/warranties
- management of visitors, neighbours, and complaints
- variation management
- contract management
- weekly reporting and progress updates.


Pricing is specific to each project as per your requirements however recent projects have varied from £1,000 to £8,500 for step 1, which includes our interior design service.
Step 2 and 3 are bespoke and calculated during step 1.
