Do you manage the contractors?

Most projects require more than one contractor, we use our pool of regular and reliable contractors to bring the whole project together under one roof. If the project is outside our local area we will build a tender pack and award tender to a reliable main contractor local to the project location. 

How do you make sure timelines are met?

We use a program of works to timeline the whole project, and then we use contracts to hold individuals accountable.

What do you need from me, as a client, for us to get the best from the relationship?

We need clients to be honest, informative, helpful and engaging when it comes to decision making, and our values need to align in order for us to work together

How much does it cost?

As general guide the cost is between 10 and 15% of the total build cost.
