Post production
PROJECT MANAGER AND PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR
Included in the post-production process:
- Snagging.
- Snagging procedures to ensure payments are made to the supply chain in a timely manner.
- Supporting Team.
- The client, QS, Principal Designer will be heavily reliant upon the PM providing the information to bring the project to an effective close.
- Warranties/Sign Offs.
- Liaison with LA, Architects and SE to ensure suitable warranties are achieved.
- Hand over.
- Handover of property/project to the client.
Production and postproduction fees:
10% of the total build costs, divided by the number of weeks in the program and paid weekly.

The 3 main phases happen in this order and not outside of this sequence, we cannot execute the next step before the previous is complete. Our working hours are Monday-Friday 07:30-17:00.
Any activity requested outside of these hours is deemed excluded. The inclusions allowed for in this project are to adopt the role of project manager and in addition the role of principal contractor which means a full-time role is required.
Inclusive of all travel, van hire, fuel, taxes, insurances, required staffing, safety support from the production phase onwards and IT equipment.
