Pre Production
PROJECT MANAGER AND PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR
Included in the pre-production process:
- Prestart meeting.
- Consultation to gather data.
- Appointment of professionals
- Professionals appointed, architect, structural engineer, planning consultant etc.
- Design and specification.
- Design and specification produced, this takes time and will be between client, project manager, and professionals.
- Initial programme of works.
- Timelines for the works, this is produced by the project manager.
- Final review of design, specification, and programme.
- Client and project manager to review and agree on all.
- Contract review.
- Contract reviewed by all prior to tender.
- Tendering.
- Tender pack sent out to contractors.
Pre-production fees:
£1000 – £4,500 project size dependant

These lists are not exhaustive but highlights the main benefits of hiring us to manage your project for you so that you can spend time doing what you do best.
The 3 main phases happen in this order and not outside of this sequence, we cannot execute the next step before the previous is complete. Our working hours are Monday-Friday 07:30-17:00.
Any activity requested outside of these hours is deemed excluded. The inclusions allowed for in this project are to adopt the role of project manager and in addition the role of principal contractor which means a full-time role is required.
Inclusive of all travel, van hire, fuel, taxes, insurances, required staffing, safety support from the production phase onwards and IT equipment.
